Vem ansvarar för appen

Vad appen sparar — och var

Följande sparas enbart lokalt på din enhet:

• namn du ger dina timers, scheman och mätningar
• sparade timers, dagscheman och mätresultat
• inställningar: ljud, notisval, tema, ljust/mörkt läge, tidsformat, språk
• vilka bilder eller symboler du valt att koppla till en tid
• vilka färgteman du köpt

Det lämnar aldrig enheten. Vi kan inte se det, och vi har ingen möjlighet att hämta det.

Lagringen är dessutom undantagen från säkerhetskopiering — den ingår inte i iCloud-backup på iOS och inte i Googles backup på Android. Det innebär att ingenting du skrivit in finns i vare sig Apples eller Googles moln. Baksidan är att ett byte av telefon inte tar med sig dina sparade timers.

Avinstallerar du appen raderas allt. Det finns ingen kopia någon annanstans.

Vad som faktiskt lämnar enheten

1. Kontroll av uppdateringar

När appen startar frågar den om det finns en uppdatering. Förfrågan går till Expo (Expo Inc., USA, med Cloudflare som mellanled) och innehåller appens projekt-id, versionsfingeravtryck, uppdateringskanal och plattform. Som med varje förfrågan på internet ser mottagaren din IP-adress. Inget om dig och inget om ditt innehåll skickas.

2. Kraschrapporter

Om appen kraschar skickas en teknisk rapport till Sentry, lagrad i EU-regionen. Rapporten innehåller feltyp, var i koden felet uppstod, appversion, enhetsmodell och operativsystemversion, samt en spårning av de senaste stegen i appen (till exempel "öppnade schemat", "startade timern") så att felet går att återskapa.

Vi har medvetet begränsat vad som får följa med:

• ingen användaridentifiering och ingen IP-koppling
• enhetens namn skickas inte
• fritextfält — timernamn, schemanamn, e-postadresser — maskas innan rapporten lämnar enheten
• ingen prestanda- eller beteendespårning

Syftet är enbart att kunna laga fel. Rapporterna används aldrig för marknadsföring, profilering eller spårning.

3. Om du själv skickar feedback

Trycker du på "Skicka feedback" i appen öppnas din vanliga e-postapp med ett förberett meddelande där appversion och plattform står ifyllda. Ingenting skickas förrän du själv trycker skicka, och du ser exakt vad som står.

4. Köp

Alla köp hanteras av Apple respektive Google. Vi tar aldrig emot ditt kortnummer, ditt Apple-ID eller din adress — vi får bara veta av operativsystemet om ett köp är giltigt eller inte.

Vad appen inte gör

• ingen analys eller användningsstatistik
• ingen reklam och inga annonsnätverk
• ingen spårning mellan appar eller webbplatser
• inga konton, ingen inloggning, ingen e-postlista
• ingen försäljning eller delning av uppgifter till någon
• ingen åtkomst till kontakter, plats, mikrofon, kamera eller foton

Barn

Appen ställs in av en vuxen. Barnet tittar på färgade klossar som räknar ner — det finns ingenting för barnet att fylla i.

Vi samlar inte in någon information om vem som använder appen: inte ålder, inte om användaren är ett barn, inte hur appen används. Namnfälten i appen namnger timers och scheman ("Läxor", "Skärmtid") — inte personer, och appen ber aldrig om ett barns namn.

Eftersom ingenting samlas in krävs inget föräldrasamtycke enligt GDPR eller COPPA, och det finns ingen åldersgräns att passera.

Notiser

Notiser om att en timer är klar schemaläggs lokalt på din enhet. Vi skickar inga push-notiser och har ingen teknisk möjlighet att göra det. Väljer du bort notiser i inställningarna schemaläggs inga alls.

Dina rättigheter

Enligt GDPR har du rätt att få veta vilka personuppgifter någon har om dig, att få dem rättade, raderade eller utlämnade. I vårt fall är svaret enkelt: vi har inga personuppgifter om dig. Det finns ingen databas att söka i, inget konto att stänga.

Vill du ta bort allt appen sparat — avinstallera den. Vill du att en kraschrapport tas bort, hör av dig till feedback@mitoki.site, så tar vi bort den vi kan identifiera.

Du har också rätt att klaga till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) om du anser att vi hanterat något fel.

Ändringar i policyn

Ändras något väsentligt uppdateras datumet överst på sidan, och en ny version publiceras här innan ändringen träder i kraft i appen.

The app collects no data about you. Everything you type stays on your device, and we have no server that receives it.

Who is responsible

Mitoki (called TittaTid in the Nordic languages) is developed by Alexander Ternald, Sweden. Questions about this policy or the app: feedback@mitoki.site.

What the app stores, and where

The following is stored only on your device:

• the names you give your timers, schedules and measurements
• saved timers, day schedules and measurement results
• settings: sound, notifications, theme, light/dark mode, time format, language
• which pictures or symbols you attached to a period of time
• which colour themes you have purchased

None of it ever leaves the device. We cannot see it and have no way to retrieve it.

The storage is also excluded from backups — it is not part of iCloud Backup on iOS, nor Google's backup on Android. Nothing you have entered exists in Apple's or Google's cloud. The trade-off is that switching phones does not carry your saved timers across.

Uninstalling the app deletes everything. There is no copy anywhere else.

What actually leaves the device

1. Update check

On launch, the app asks whether an update is available. The request goes to Expo (Expo Inc., USA, fronted by Cloudflare) and contains the project ID, a version fingerprint, the update channel and the platform. As with any internet request, the recipient sees your IP address. Nothing about you and nothing about your content is sent.

2. Crash reports

If the app crashes, a technical report is sent to Sentry, stored in the EU region. It contains the error type, where in the code it occurred, the app version, device model and OS version, plus a trail of recent steps in the app (for example "opened the schedule", "started the timer") so the fault can be reproduced.

We have deliberately limited what may travel with it:

• no user identifier and no IP association
• the device name is not sent
• free-text fields — timer names, schedule names, email addresses — are redacted before the report leaves the device
• no performance or behavioural tracking

The sole purpose is to fix faults. Reports are never used for marketing, profiling or tracking.

3. If you send feedback yourself

Tapping "Send feedback" opens your own email app with a prepared message containing the app version and platform. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can see exactly what it says.

4. Purchases

All purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number, Apple ID or address — the operating system only tells us whether a purchase is valid.

What the app does not do

• no analytics or usage statistics
• no advertising and no ad networks
• no tracking across apps or websites
• no accounts, no sign-in, no mailing list
• no selling or sharing of data with anyone
• no access to contacts, location, microphone, camera or photos

Children

The app is set up by an adult. The child watches coloured blocks counting down — there is nothing for a child to fill in.

We collect no information about who uses the app: not age, not whether the user is a child, not how the app is used. The name fields in the app name timers and schedules ("Homework", "Screen time") — not people, and the app never asks for a child's name.

Because nothing is collected, no parental consent is required under GDPR or COPPA, and there is no age gate to pass.

Notifications

Notifications telling you a timer has finished are scheduled locally on your device. We send no push notifications and have no technical means of doing so. Turn notifications off in settings and none are scheduled at all.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to know what personal data someone holds about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over. In our case the answer is simple: we hold no personal data about you. There is no database to search and no account to close.

To remove everything the app has stored, uninstall it. To have a crash report deleted, contact feedback@mitoki.site and we will remove any we can identify.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, the date at the top is updated and a new version is published here before the change takes effect in the app.
